Find people who get your brain.
A low-pressure community for ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic, OCD, Tourette's, and anxious brains. Not therapy. Not a productivity cult. Just people who understand what it's actually like.

Live chat rooms
7 rooms by topic - ADHD, autism, AuDHD, late diagnosis, vent space, and more. Anonymous, real-time, no performance required.
Join the live chat →Weekly question
One question, every week. No right answer. Just something worth sitting with, and a place to talk about it if you want to.
This week's question →Find your people
Schools, communities, workplaces, and arts spaces built differently - where people who think or live outside the expected find each other.
Browse communities →Community stories
Anonymous experiences from real people - late diagnoses, burnout, tiny wins, the moments that changed things.
Read stories →What happens when you join
You sign in with Google or Facebook - not to identify you, but to keep the space human and bot-free. The moment you're in, you get a randomly generated display name. You can keep it or change it to anything you want. Your real identity is never visible to other members.
From there you choose: drop into one of the live chat rooms (there are 7, organized by topic), or post to the open forum where any topic goes and people reply when they have something to say. You can also just read. No one knows if you're lurking.
The space is moderated. If something feels unsafe or out of line, you can report it.
This is peer support, not therapy or crisis care.
How to show up
There is no wrong way to be here.

Questions
The things worth knowing before you join.
Do I need a diagnosis?+
No. Self-suspecting, questioning, late-diagnosed, or just ND-adjacent - you belong here if you feel like you do.
Can I just lurk?+
Yes. Reading quietly counts. No one knows if you're there, and that's fine.
Is this therapy?+
No. Peer support and conversation, not medical care or crisis support. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a crisis line or mental health professional.
Who is this for?+
ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic, OCD, Tourette's, anxious, questioning, late-diagnosed, self-suspecting, and people who love or support ND people.
Is it free?+
Yes. No subscription, no paywall, no catch.
Is it anonymous?+
The live chat and open forum use randomly generated display names. Your real identity is never visible to other members. We use a social login (Google or Facebook) only to keep the space human and bot-free.
Who moderates it?+
Micha - the person who built this site. Rules are simple: be human, don't police other people's diagnoses, no harassment.
Ready when you are
