Do I need a diagnosis to be here?+

No. Self-suspecting, questioning, late-diagnosed, or just ND-adjacent - you belong here if you feel like you do. We don't police diagnoses.

Is it free?+

Completely. The community, the stories, the weekly question, the directory - all free, no account required for most things.

What's the difference between Stories and The Room?+

Stories are written, anonymous, and asynchronous - you submit something, it gets published, others read it. The Room is live chat and threaded discussion - more like a conversation in real time.

Who moderates this?+

Micha moderates the community. It's one person, not a team - response times vary. If something feels unsafe, use the report function or email hello@neurodivergent.com.

Can I post without an account?+

Stories: yes, fully anonymous. The Room: you'll need a quick sign-in so we can keep conversations safe. No personal info is shown publicly - you get an anonymous animal name.
